Brief Introduction
• Anti-static work clothing is sewn with anti-static fabric as a fabric to prevent static build-up on the clothing.
•The antistatic fabric is a fabric obtained by mixing conductive fibers or antistatic synthetic fibers or a mixture of the two at substantially equal intervals or evenly during weaving.
•The conductive fiber refers to a general term for fibers made of a conductive or subconductive material using metal or organic materials in whole or in part
Conductive wire composition:
•white wire is metal oxide polyester conductive fiber;
• black wire is a composite polyester conductive fiber of carbon black and metal oxide;
Conductive fiber size:
1.striped type: spacing 10mm,5mm;
2.grid type: spacing 5mm, 2.5mm;
3.The volume resistivity is between 106～109Ω/cm;
4.cloth thickness:26 yarns,32 yarns
Anti-static clothing Maintenance
• Anti-static clothing must be worn with anti-static shoes specified in GB4385.
• Anti-static clothing should be cleaned with neutral detergent, do not mix with other clothing when washing, wash by hand or via soft-washing procedure on the washing machine to avoid breakage of conductive fibers.
• Water temperature should be below 40 °C, and rinse with normal temperature water. Washing time is as short as possible, but it must be thoroughly rinsed to remove residual detergent.
• Anti-static clothing with both flame retardant and oil-repellent properties are forbidden to bleach or organic solvents to decontaminate.
