There are some steps for setting up your anit static mat and wristband.
1.Put the antistatic mat on the table/workbench，connect the button of the antistatic grounding line on the surface and connect the other end to the grounding conductor,to discharge the static electricity through the ground line.
static dissipation layer gather the static electricity around the table,resistance reaches 10^7-10^9 Ω;conductive layer quickly discharge the gathered static electricity,resistance reaches or below 10^6 Ω.
2.Connect ground cord to the mat
3.Connect coil cord to ground cord.
4.Wrap the ESD strap around your wrist.
5. Attach the other end of the strap to a common ground, Clip your strap to a metal part if no common ground is available.
6.Wear your ESD strap whenever you're around ESD-sensitive items.
Test the resistance value of your ESD strap periodically.
