EVA foam is mold foam, and there are how many sets of molds, there will be how many different sizes of EVA foam sheets can be produced;

However, the length, width and height of the mold also have limit values, for example, the width of EVA foam sheet can only reach 1500mm in Yufa Polymer Products Co., Ltd.;

At present, in response to the customer's requirements for the length of EVA foam sheets, we have found a processing method that can achieve the docking of thick sheets while keeping their physical properties unchanged and reducing the waste caused by mold mismatch;

Actual required size: 3250*1250*40mm

Existing mold 1: 3800*1500*60mm

Existing mold 2: 2500*1250*40mm

Previous processing method: using mold 1, the length, width and thickness of 3800*1500*60mm are cut into 3250*1250*40mm, and the loss rate is 52.25%

Previous processing method: using mold 2, the length, width and thickness of 2500*1250*40mm EVA foam sheet is docked on the length, 2500mm increased to 3800mm, and the loss is almost zero.

In order to see the docking effect more clearly, there are two EVA foam sheets of different colors for the docking display: Figure 1 is the black and white EVA foam docking, and Figure 2 is the color EVA foam docking
