The hardness range of colored ESD EVA foam is 25-33 degrees;
The hardness range of black ESD EVA foam is 35-48 degrees.
The hardness range of regular EVA is larger, which can be divided into four hardness ranges.
The hardness range of high elasticity EVA foam is 15-25 degrees;
The hardness range of EVA foam is 30-45 degrees, and the most common hardness is 38 degrees EVA foam;
The hardness range of higher hardness EVA foam is 45-60 degrees;
The hardness range of high-density and high hardness EVA foam is 65-80 degrees.
The third difference is the application scenario:
ESD EVA foam is applied in anti static and dust-free rooms; anti-static packaging lining; anti-static sound insulation materials; anti-static shock absorption materials... as well as other packaging, sound insulation, shock absorption, and anti-collision application scenarios that require anti-static functions;
Regular EVA foam has different preferences for different hardness ranges and application scenarios. Such as, high elasticity EVA foam has good softness and elasticity, making it suitable as a sound insulation and shock absorption material;
38°EVA foam is the most common product, with good toughness and moderate softness, and is widely used in the packaging lining of products,tray and box insert;
45-60°EVA foam has high density and hardness, making it suitable for use as foam tray, safety box insert, slot type packaging, and shock-absorbing material for machinery and equipment;
High density and high hardness EVA foam with a temperature of over 65 degrees, with high hardness, has no effect on it even when the car is pressed over. It is used as equipment lining, toy model, and machine anti-collision material.
