1.PS conventional colors are black and white, and can also be customized into other colors according to customer requirements, but the order quantity of color sheet is very high, and the color sheet can only be made into an anti static 10e9-10e11. If the quantity of demand is small and the anti-static value is high, it is generally not recommended. PS black sheet can be made into three index levels of anti static blister tray, while the white anti static can only achieve 10e9-10e11.
2. PP conventional colors are black and natural colors, that is, transparent colors are slightly whiter than fog, which can also be called translucent. PP and PS have a lot in common, like PS, color sheet and color can only be made into anti-static 10e9 to 10e11, and the initial order quantity of color sheet is very high, generally not recommended. PP is one of the high temperature resistant materials, and its hot deformation temperature is 80-120C. The PP material is softer than the other three materials. PP black anti static sheet, like PS, can be made into three exponential anti static blister trays.
3.PET is transparent, and it can also be made into color sheet according to customer requirements, but the initial order quantity is very high, so it is generally not recommended. The processing method of PET anti static sheet is external coating, which is the same as PP and PS, and can also be made into three levels of anti static 10e9-10e11,10e6-10e9,10e3-10e6 .At present, most blister companies in the market can only control their electrostatic index at 10e9-10e11 .
4.PVC is transparent, and it can also be made into color sheet according to customer requirements, but due to the large initial order quantity, it is generally not recommended. However, it should be noted that, (PVC can only be made into an anti-static effect with an electrostatic index of 10e9-10e11, and the raw materials need to be ordered from 1 ton. Therefore, it is not recommended to choose those with low demand.
