How To Test the Anti-static Bags ?
there are two methods to test the antistatic shielding bubble bag in the domestic testing market: the surface resistance test method and the static induction peak voltage test method.
The surface resistance test method is to test the resistance of the inner and outer surface of the electrostatic shielding bubble bag.
The national military standard GJB2605-96 "specification for heat-sealing flexible antistatic barrier materials" requires that the inner surface resistivity is 1*10E5 ohms-1*10E12 ohms, and the surface resistivity is less than 1*10E12 ohms.
This method intelligently tests the surface resistance of the inner and outer surface of the antistatic shielding bubble bag, rather than the test of the antistatic shielding bubble bag shielding layer, so the test results can not reflect the electrostatic shielding performance of the antistatic shielding bubble bag. there is a difference between the test results and the shielding performance test requirements.
