Anti-static ESD foam is used for packaging of precision instruments, packaging inserts for heterogeneous parts, moisture-proof buffer protection for high-end products, etc.

When selecting materials, we will choose material hardness and density according to the customer's preference, and choose ESD EVA foam (picture 1) or ESD IXPE foam (picture 2) according to the use scene of the product;

There are many ways of processing, such as CNC, punching, thermal lamination, cutting, trimming, etc.

CNC processing is a common foam processing method, especially suitable for ESD EVA foam, the product size is accurate, the processing surface is fine and smooth (picture3), and it is very friendly to packaging with high hardness requirements;

ESD IXPE foam is suitable for both CNC processing (picture4) and machine tool cutting. Because of its relatively low hardness, it has very good effects on product cushioning protection, moisture resistance, shock resistance, and corrosion resistance (picture5).
